AUTHORS
Camille and Michel Sélaudoux are both French born in Morocco in 1942 and where they met in 1963.
Then they got married in France in 1965 in Reims and had two children.
Subsequently, living in Paris, Camille's career took place in trade and transport engineering and Michel in the
field of hospital equipment and IT.
At the time of retirement they settled in Normandy, where the sea had brought them.
For several years, Michel continued his research the architecture of
Giza started long before, -with the constant support of his wife-, part of which constitutes this site which you are currently consulting.
This Numerus site was deposited in 2003 and it was not until January 2006 that the decision to make the results public was taken in a spirit of contribution.
It was only uploaded on October 12, 2006 and has been Working for the past 14 years.
Recipient of knowledge, (We are all of us ), the first duty is to contribute and transmit.
Michel and Camille
Residing in Tangier, a hub between Europe and Africa, one of the essential passages of knowledge since antiquity, Michel who was the son of a teacher from the Berchet school, learned the basics of marine knowledge during navigation on the Strait of Gibraltar, thanks to the Captain of the boat
a family friend, the "Vittoria", on which he boarded as often as possible.
Boating as it is today did not yet exist in the nineteen sixties and learning went on to use tools in the dry dock
until the reward by piloting, the layout of the road or navigation.
It was there that he acquired his first knowledge of the sea which he has never left behind and fortunately, luck has always allowed him to sail.
So he always liked maps.
It also often happened to him to be an escort, carrier of packages or to proceed to the statement of sketches on the areas of research carried out by an archaeologist who resided in Tangier, Marthe de
Chambrun-Ruspoli , friend of the Family.
Among those often present at the house, another character, Michael Scott of Glenaros , also held an important place in the discussions relating to this research.
Too young and not very concerned for his part, it was only later that Michel would measure the extent of it because at the time, during the days in areas, the subjects mainly concerned daily life, on what affected
Detroit or Morocco, whether it is Atlantis, Lixus (Larache) and the Hesperides or for example Mount Acho, (Mount Abyla of the ancients which faces Mount Calpé, our current Gibraltar).
It was only coincidence, which occurred around fifty by simply reading a map relating to Giza, that Michel initiated a work that then continued for over a quarter of a century, the constant of which was to refuse
the irrational.
On this site, everything has always been free, without any direct or indirect advertising and we have never asked for or received the slightest euro cent in return, which has made us totally free contributors both in terms of financial
only under the aspects of belonging.
In return, we have experienced the rare and real joys of meetings and exchanges with fascinating interlocutors.
Thus, it was given to us to contemplate our world in its finery and to approach realities that the ancients knew in different fields.
It is also certain that we have also sometimes encountered the reverse, but what could be more normal?
To conclude these few lines of presentation, (presenting oneself is the first of politeness), each being must think and hope for the right to happiness.
To do this, in his youth Michel had followed one of the orientations that Marthe de chambrun Ruspoli had indicated to him: Epistle XIII to the Romans about charity and mutual love.
Later, it is the writings and maxims of Saint Augustine that will momentarily hold his mind, such as: "Happiness consists in continuing to desire what we already have".
However, personal experience in the fall of his life led him to a much more personal definition which can be summed up in two words: Happiness is "Respect and sharing."
We want to make it known and share it, because that ... it's a real gift.
Some photos, symbolic memories.
